Refund Policy

Standard Refund & Returns Policy:

At Litehouse, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the level of service to our customers. As a customer, we want you to be happy with your purchase and should you not be completely satisfied, you can return the product and we will either replace it or credit your account, subject to the below terms.

 

Changed Your Mind? (Unwanted Product):

In order to be eligible for a return, we require you to notify our support team within 30 days of your purchase by filling in our returns/exchanges form, referencing your order number and reason for wanting to return the product. The product must be undamaged, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals still intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 working days.

 

Please note that our Gift Cards are non-refundable.

 

Damaged/Defective on Delivery?:

We do our best to always ensure that our products leave our warehouse in perfect condition and will be happy to replace any products received damaged/defective upon delivery.

In order to be eligible for a return, we require you to notify our support team within 7 days of your purchase by filling in our returns/exchanges form, referencing your order number and reason for wanting to return the product.

Has the incorrect product been delivered to you?

If an incorrect product has been delivered to you, this must be reported within 24 hours after delivery so that a full investigation can be done with our courier partners to ensure the correct product is delivered to you swiftly and to arrange the pick up of the incorrect parcel delivered to you. Please submit this on our returns/exchanges form.

 

Once your return has been processed, please allow up to 5 working days to receive your new product.
