At Litehouse, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you need to return a product, we’ve made it even easier with our new Self-Service Returns Portal.

How It Works:

✅ Step 1: Log in to your Litehouse Account and go to "Orders."
✅ Step 2: Select the item you want to return and submit your request.
✅ Step 3: We arrange collection from your address.
✅ Step 4: Once inspected, we’ll process your replacement, store credit, or refund.

Changed Your Mind?

We offer a 90-day risk-free money-back guarantee! Simply submit your return request within 90 days from the order date via your Litehouse Account.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Once received and inspected, we’ll email you a confirmation.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-12 business days.

Received a Damaged or Defective Product?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, report it within 7 days of delivery via your Litehouse Account.

  • Submit your return request, including photos of the issue.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send you a replacement within 5 business days.

Received the Wrong Product?

If you got the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of delivery via your Litehouse Account.

  • Once we receive and inspect the incorrect product, we’ll issue the correct item within 5 business days.

Warranty Returns (Faulty Product Within Warranty Period)

All Litehouse products are covered by our warranty. If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, you can request a replacement via your Litehouse Account.

📌 Warranty Coverage:

  • 2-Year Warranty → All Bulb String Lights (Festoon & Mini Range, Solar & Plug-In), Metal Lantern, Wall Light.
  • 1-Year Warranty → All other Litehouse products.

Important Notes:

  • Returns must be initiated via your Litehouse Account – we no longer accept return requests via email or forms.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-12 business days after inspection.
  • If your return doesn’t meet the conditions above, we may not be able to process it.
