What is the guarantee on your lights?

We have a 1 year warranty on all our lighting

Are you able to use a higher voltage bulb on your Festoon Lights?

We would not recommend to use a higher voltage bulb in any of the string lights, Litehouse bulbs has been specially designed for the bulb strings to work perfectly hand in hand.

If a product is out stock, how will I know when it will be available?

In order to be notified when stock is available again, please subscribe to the newletter of the product by selecting the tab " NOTIFY WHEN BACK IN STOCK" enter your email address and select Notify.Once stock is available again, you will receive an email notification.

Can I add new items to my existing order that has already been paid for?

Once an order has been placed, there is no option to add new products to an existing order that has already been created. A new order will have to be placed for the alternative items.

How do I get a quote for the lights?

Kindly email us your details such as your name and surname, email address, contact number, delivery address, company name and VAT number.

Do the Festoon lights only come in Warm White?

Our festoon range only comes in Warm White.

What size photos are suitable to clip on the photo string lights?

The Litehouse 3m 20 LED Photo Clip String Fairy Lights - Warm White- is perfect for your smaller Polariod pictures which is aproxiamately 7.8cm x 7.6cm

Do you sell Solar panels separately?

Currently, not at the moment, but this is an option we are looking into.

Do the Festoon Solar Panels need to charge first before they can be used, or do they start working immediately?

With our Solar Panel Lighting, you are able to use them immediately after purchase.

Are we able to request our own string lengths in the customized lighting? and do they only come in black and white?

The customized lighting only comes in a Black or White string & the pricing choices shown on the product page.

Does all your lighting have black string only?

We have our customisable lighting range where there is a white string option available. The string colors are only available in Black and White.

Will the Hemp Rope get mould rust if it hangs outside?

If the hemp rope gets to be hung outside in moist/wet/in a humid areas, it will get mould on it - they are not weatherproof. If they don't get wet they will last long.

How do I track my order?
